Phonerestricted.com is a division of Veao Communications,
a growing independently run business based in the northwest
of England near Blackpool.
Our goal is your satisfaction. We want you to feel both comfortable
and confident about giving us your business. We have been unlocking
Nokia phones for over two years now. In which time we have built
up a great deal of knowledge with regards to the various models.
When it comes to unlocking Nokia's, you really need not look
elsewhere.
We want to stress that you are completely
safe using your credit or debit card online with us. We employ
Worldpay to collect all credit card data. Worldpay administer
1000s of ecommerce websites worldwide. They utilise full strength
1024 bit encryption. The only people who will ever see your
credit card details are the staff at Worldpay and the controlling
banks.

We can accept payment of goods and services by any

We process all our credit / debit card orders through Worldpay.
Feel rest assured that your card details are stored safely.
Worldpay provide an industry leading solution for card processing
online. Through Worldpay, we are able to process the following
cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, Solo, JCB &
Eurocard.
Cheque / Money Orders
We accept £ sterling cheques and postal (money) orders.
All cheques must clear before goods are shipped. Please make
cheques and postal orders payable to Veao Communications.
The address of where to send your payment will be available
after you have made your order.
When paying by cheque or postal order, please make sure you
include your 'Shopper ID #'. You will receive this in an email
when you have placed your order. Please can you also include
a brief description of your order. This speeds the process up
for us and in turn we're able to get the goods out to you quicker

Direct Bank Deposit
We can accommodate direct bank deposits if you need the goods
ASAP. If you wish to use this method of payment, please email
us for details. Deposits made outside the UK will be subject
to an additional £6 admin fee.
Paypal
Please note as prices are based on US$ Dollars. Please make
sure you select the correct currency when making the payment.

If you wish to pay via Nochex, please make the payment payable

Delivery Details
:
If you are ordering a data cable or a data cable kit, all orders
are usually dispatched via Royal Mail within 24 hours Monday
- Friday. The majority of domestic orders are received within
48hrs of placing. European orders tend to take 2 - 3 days. Orders
placed from the US / Canada usually take 1 - 2 weeks. All other
countries 1 - 3 weeks.
Please note our strict policies on all deliveries:
The price you see is the price you pay including 1st class delivery.
In a bid to keep prices as low as possible, 1st class delivery
does not include insurance. If your order gets lost or is damaged
during transit, we are not liable. We regret we cannot replace
or refund any orders in these circumstances. We will help with
any claims you make against Royal Mail.
For UK based orders, we recommend you either use Recorded Delivery
or Special Delivery. Recorded Delivery is insured up to £28,
Special Delivery up to £250. If your order goes missing
or is damaged, we can issue you a replacement on the goods immediately.
You may need you to write a letter outlining the circumstances.
For international orders, again the price you see is the price
you pay to have it air mailed to you. If you want insurance,
we use Royal Mail 'International Signed For'.
Recorded Delivery costs an extra $2.50 (UK Only)
Special Delivery costs an extra $6.50 (UK Only)
International Signed For costs an extra $8.00 (International
Only)
Special / Recorded Delivery is a traceable service within the
UK. You can get general information off Royal Mail's website:
www.royalmail.co.uk.
If you have chosen either of these services, we will happily
supply you with the reference number.
International orders can be traced up until the point of exit
from the UK. After that, you will need to get to contact your
local postal service to enquire on the status.
