 If
you have received either of these messages (or any translation
of these messages) on your phone after inputting unlock codes,
this means you have reached the maximum amount of tries. It
does not matter if you are now using the correct code,
it will not unlock the phone. The only option you have
available to you is to unlock it via a service box. There are
several service boxes on the market, all ranging from around
$350 upwards.
W e have the service box and are able to unlock your phone.
We have customers from all over the world who have been given
incorrect codes by other websites. They have tried the codes
and subsequently disabled their phone from being able to be
unlocked via codes. After they've mailed in their phone for
unlocking they can use it as normal on any network, just as
if they had unlocked it with a code.
The mail-in service costs $17 + postage.

Notes on the mail-in
Unlocking Service:
 We
do offer a worldwide mail-in unlocking service, however we are
based in the UK. The service costs $17 + postage back to you.
If you live in the UK, you are best referring to our sister
UK site for prices: www.phonerestricted.co.uk.
European / US / Canadian Requests? We do accept
unlocking requests from all over world. Outside the UK, the
bulk of orders come from other European countries, the USA and
Canada. All cell phones are mailed back using 'Royal Mail's
International Signed For' service. You would be insured up to
£250 on your phone up until the point it exits the UK.
Delivery times: European mail-in orders usually
take 2/3 days for us to receive the phone. US / Canadian mail-in
orders on average take 7 - 10 working days. Obviously you need
to allow double the time to receive the phone back.
Payment: We accept UK cheques, postal orders,
Visa / Mastercard, Switch / Solo / Visa Delta, Paypal, Nochex
and cash (sent at own risk).
