Although unlocking software will operate under Windows
2000 / NT / XP, on some computers, compatibility problems
do happen. For this reason we advise you use the software
with Windows 98 / ME. |

Delivery: All orders are dispatched within
48hrs from from the UK. (Most are dispatched the same day).
Warranty: 90 day warranty on all products.
Refunds / Exchanges: Due to the heavily discounted
price, we do not accept 'returns for refund'. We will of course
replace any product which is found to be faulty within the
90 day period. We will also offer exchanges if you purchased
the wrong product (subject to availability).
Credit / Debit Card Security: All direct
credit / debit payments are collected through Worldpay. You
will be redirected to Worldpay's secure server's to collect
your card data. Only when you input your card details will
you be doing so securely. Please do not enter any sensitive
data in any other communication. Worldpay enforces 1024 bit
